The Buildings and Grounds Department is responsible for the operations and maintenance of all district owned property. The district consists of over 460,000 square feet of buildings and nearly 100 acres of land.

The Buildings and Grounds Department is made up of a director, secretary, 24 custodial staff, 5 mechanics and 3 grounds keepers.
