PROCEDURE:  All orders must be paid for in advance and must be turned in by Monday, November 19 to your music teacher, or send to:

Checks should be made payable to HFL Music Boosters and all money must be turned in with the order form.

PICK UP:  Will be on Friday, November 30 from 3:00 – 6:00 PM and Saturday, December 1 from 9:00 AM until 2:00 PM at the HFL Middle School Cafeteria, 619 Quaker Meeting House Road.
