HF-L's Before & After School Care Program
In accordance with new state regulations and maintaining the safety of students and staff, several changes have been made. Lima Primary students who are enrolled in morning and/or afternoon Cougar Care will be at the Lima building and enrollment will be limited to 30 students. Manor School students enrolled in morning and/or afternoon Cougar Care will remain at the Manor building and enrollment will be limited to 45 students. A shuttle bus for Cougar Care will not be available this year. Registration will be on a first-come, first served basis. If capacity is reached, a “waitlist” will be available.
The Cougar Care program will follow the same NYS Department of Education guidelines and recommendations from the NYS Department of Health for Child Care. Children will be required to wear masks indoors and when they can not be six feet away. We want to teach children the importance of masking and health and safety procedures they will have to follow in their communities. More communication will follow as we continue to plan and schedule.
