U.S. News & World Report’s annual rankings for America's Best High Schools is out for 2021. Once again, HF-L High School has been honored as a top high school in the nation! HF-L High School ranks #3 in the Rochester Metro Area, #49 out of 1,218 in New York State, and #445 out of 17,857 in the nation!

The national and state rankings are based on factors that include college readiness, math, reading proficiency, and graduation rates.

 HF-L High School has an enrollment of 724 students with a 96% graduation rate! These rankings place HF-L in the 98th percentile in New York State!

 “The recognition from Newsweek is a wonderful reflection of the entire HF-L community and professional staff. When you put great families with caring staff you can create excellent opportunities,” said Superintendent Gene Mancuso.

 In third place, HF-L is right on the heels of Pittsford Mendon (22 in NYS & 193 in the nation), and Pittsford Sutherland (36 in NYS & 319 in the nation). Rounding out the top five include Brighton (79 in NYS & 846 in the nation), and Penfield (86 in NYS & 955 in the nation).

 This achievement is truly reflective of the outstanding teachers, staff, and students of the Honeoye Falls-Lima Central School District.
