Dear HF-L CSD Families,
In both our local community and schools nationwide, milk supply chains are encountering difficulties due to problems with packaging and shortages of milk cartons. It's important to note that these issues are unrelated to the milk's quality. The Honeoye Falls-Lima Central School District is anticipating shortages of milk containers in the near future due to these issues. When this occurs, we are committed to having milk available to our students every day for both breakfast and lunch at all our schools.
As the process continues, we highly recommend families send their students to school with a full reusable water bottle every day. Students will have the opportunity to refill their bottles from the filtered water stations throughout the day.
As always, the HF-L CSD Food Services Department remains dedicated to providing healthy and delicious meals for our students despite these supply chain issues. Thank you for your flexibility during this time.
