The Honeoye Falls-Lima Central School District Board of Education voted to adopt the proposed budget for the 2026-27 school year at the April 14, 2026, Board of Education meeting at Honeoye Falls-Lima High School.
Budget highlights include:
The $67,740,000 proposed total budget is a 4.65% increase over the prior year’s budget.
The budget is in compliance with the Property Tax Cap.
The estimated tax levy is 3.22% increase.
The proposed 2026–27 budget preserves essential programs and opportunities for students while responsibly managing costs to ensure long-term stability. It honors the community’s investment by supporting student success and strengthening a school system that reflects our shared commitment to the future of the Honeoye Falls-Lima community.
Residents will vote on this budget Tuesday, May 19 from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. in the High School Lobby. The Budget Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, May 12, at 6 p.m. in the High School Cafeteria.

Proposition #1: Proposed 2026-27 school budget in the total amount of $67,740,000.
Proposition #2: Authorizing HFLCSD to purchase vehicles for student transportation including necessary furnishings, fixtures, equipment and all other necessary costs incidental thereto, and expend a sum not to exceed $1,181,590.
