Honeoye Falls-Lima High School in US News & World Report’s 2022 National Rankings

Honeoye Falls-Lima High Schools was once again ranked third among all Rochester area public high schools. The national ranking landed in the top 3% nationwide according to U.S. News & World Report’s 2022 Best High Schools rankings. Including nearly every public high school in the United States, the rankings evaluated 17,843 schools at the national, state, and local level.

The 2022 rankings reflect a consistent top 3% national ranking for the high school over the past seven years and a consistent overall score above 97/100.

U.S. News & World Report’s ranking  methodology focuses on six factors: college readiness, reading and math proficiency, reading and math performance, underserved student performance, college curriculum breadth and graduation rates. According to U.S. News & World Report, college readiness specifically measures participation and performance on Advanced Placement and International Baccalaureate exams, and underserved student performance focuses on students who are Black, Hispanic, or from low-income households. The minority enrollment statistic in the report were listed at 9.3% for HF-L High School with an economically disadvantaged rate of 14%.
