Our food services department prepares healthy, nutritious meals every day for students and staff. We support learning by promoting healthy habits for lifelong nutrition and fitness practices.

Free Meals for All Students

Great news for HF-L families! Through New York State's Universal Free Meal Program, every student can receive one complete breakfast and one complete lunch every school day at no cost during the 2026–27 school year.

There are no applications to complete and no income requirements to meet — students can simply come to school and enjoy a nutritious meal each day.

Please note that a la carte items and second meals are not included in the program and will be charged separately.
