Tech Tips

Open the action center (next to date and time in bottom right corner of taskbar).
- Turn on Bluetooth by clicking on the Bluetooth quick action tile. The tile color should change to blue when it is turned on.
- Expand the action center by clicking on Expand to see all quick actions
- Turn on your Bluetooth device and make it discoverable (put in pairing mode).
- Click on the Connect quick action tile. Your device should appear in the list of available devices. Click on the device name to finalize the connection.

Google Chrome
- On your computer, open Chrome
- At the top right, click More (three vertical dots in upper right corner)
- Select Delete browsing data...
- In the pop-up dialog, select the Advanced tab
- Set the time range to All time
- Check the first four boxes
- Click Clear data
- Quit all browser windows and then re-open Chrome
Microsoft Edge
- At the top right, click More (three horizontal dots in upper right corner)
- Select Settings
- Select Privacy, Search and services
- In the Delete browsing data section, click the Choose what to clear button
- Set the time range to All Time
- Select the first four boxes
- Click the Clear now button
- Quit all browser windows and then re-open Microsoft Edge
